RULES & GUIDELINES

• Spot Registration fee Rs.100/head.
• All dishes should be vegetarian.
• The participants will be given 15-30 minutes to prepare their dishes.
• Dishes have to be made on the spot and the ingredients has to be dry i.e., without flame such as desserts, mock-tails, salads etc.
• Base of dishes: Bread base/biscuit base/fruit base/vegitable base.
• Criteria of judgement: hygine,presentation,and taste.
• Participants have to bring all the ingredients and their utensils.eg:- own cutlery, crockery and duster for competition.
• Organizers are not responsible for the security of the participant’s cutlery.
• Event is on 3rd February,2018.
