Dr. K. Niranjan Reddy is an accomplished researcher and academician with over 20 years of teaching experience and 2 years of industry experience in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. from GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, with doctoral research focused on VLSI Design, specifically on Tunnel Field Effect Transistor-based SRAM Cells, an M.Tech in VLSI Design, and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering. His areas of expertise span VLSI Design, Low Power Circuit Design, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT, and Cybersecurity, further strengthened through the AICTE QIP-PG Program on Generative AI from IIIT Allahabad. He has an outstanding publication record of over 70 papers indexed in Scopus/SCI/UGC Care journals and conferences, along with 5 patents in emerging technologies. Also Organized International conferences and reviewer for International Journals. He is a recognized Research Guide at Annamacharya University, actively mentoring scholars, and has served as Professor & Head, Associate Professor & Head, and Head of Department across institutions including CMR Institute of Technology, Malla Reddy Engineering College for Women, and Jyothishmathi College of Engineering & Technology since 2005. An NPTEL Discipline Star (CSE) and NPTEL Believer, he served as an Active SPOC for the NPTEL Local Chapter at CMR Institute of Technology, and was honored as Best Coordinator by IIT Madras and received the “Achievers of World” Award from the Friendship Forum (January 2026). He has led NBA and NAAC accreditation processes at the department and institution level.
