Dr Thanam Pullaiah obtained his PhD in the Faculty of Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH), Telangana, India, in 2024. His doctoral thesis was entitled “Improved Compression Ratio Using Modified Delta Compression Techniques.”He completed his MTech in Digital Systems and Computer Electronics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur (JNTUA), Andhra Pradesh, and received his BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SRKR Engineering College, Bhimavaram, Affiliated with Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh. Dr Pullaiah possesses over 23 years of academic experience in reputed engineering institutions and 2 years of industrial experience in Optical Fibre Testing and Manufacturing. His industry exposure also includes hands-on experience in CRO and PCB Design work.He currently serves as a Board of Studies (BoS) member at the Brilliant Grammer School Educational Society’s Group of Institutions - Integrated Campus, Affiliated with JNTUH, Hyderabad. Dr Pullaiah has published 14 papers in international journals, including 1 in a Science Citation Index (SCI) indexed journal, 3 in Scopus-indexed journals, and 10 in UGC CARE-listed journals. He has presented his research at four international and four national conferences.Additionally, he holds two international patents:Undecimated Wavelet Transforming Using MATLAB Simulation Intelligent Car Parking Application Using Android Studio and Machine LearningIn 2011, he participated in the IEEE Leadership Summit held in Kakinada. He has served as a convener for numerous technical festivals, and has conducted and organized Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), workshops, and webinars. He also successfully organized a national-level seminar funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.Dr Pullaiah has guided more than 40 postgraduate projects and over 100 undergraduate projects in diverse domains. He is recognized as a committed academician, having completed several certificate courses through FDPs, workshops, seminars, Coursera, and webinars.He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a Life Member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), Member No. 292341.
